Year 6 2024 - 2025

Welcome to Year 6

We would like to introduce ourselves as your child's class teachers Mr Hartley & Mrs Baynton

Our P.E. lesson takes place on a Friday
English and Maths Homework is given on a Monday and due on a Thursday
Curriculum matrix homework is given at the beginning of a half term and a piece due each Monday
Please ensure that your child is also reading at home each night
Your child will need a water bottle every day for their own use along with a healthy snack for break time if they wish.

Year 6 Curriculum

Living Things, Electricity, Animals, Light and Evolution in Science
World War 2, The Power of Monarchs and The Beatles in History
UK Coastal Change, World Globalisation and Human Impact in Geography

We will be taking trips to Crosby Coastline, Liverpool Cathedral, Lowe House Retreat, Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra & Victoria Park with our EYFS Prayer Partners

Our Year 6 class residential will be at Robinwood
