Rainbow Unit- Autumn Term Week 10

Class: Rainbow Unit Year: 2024 - 2025

We have had a lovely week in the Rainbow Unit. The children have all settled back into our school routine and have very quickly remembered what our objects of reference mean for our different areas which is great.
This week, we have followed the children’s interests and after some of them had shown a key interest in some dressing up costumes, we have looked at different people who can help us. The children have had an opportunity to dress up in a hi-vis vest and explore some tools. Some have completed a puzzle, matching the different body parts of the people who help us.
We have also been exploring Lego this week which has been a big hit! We built some towers of all the different colours and then made the number blocks out of the Lego pieces. We have also seen lots of requesting for different nursery rhymes on the screen and even some dancing along with the songs!
We hope you all liked the children’s school photos, we thought they were all amazing!
Please remember to send through some photos of the children’s immediate families.
Hope you have a lovely weekend,
The SEND team
